Most people try not to miss a meal yet alone intentionally not eating. The Bible talks about prayer and fasting as a discipline for believers. If you have never fasted maybe this is the time for you to join us as we begin a 40 day fast to begin 2010. Here is the plan:
WEEK 1 (January 11th-17th)
Eating only fruits and vegetables.
WEEK 2 (January 18th-24th)
Eating only one meal per day.
WEEK 3 (January 25th-31st)
Eating only fruits and vegetables.
WEEK 4 (February 1st-7th)
Eating only one meal per day.
WEEK 5 (February 8th-14th)
Eating only fruits and vegetables.
WEEK 6 (February 15th-19th)
Only liquids.
